Any single appointment not cancelled 24 hours in advance will result in the 50% service charge.
Any multiple services or packages must be held with a credit card. Multiple services or packages not cancelled 24 hours in advance will result in 50% service charge or gift cards voided.
In the event the guest is a no-show for a scheduled appointment, the 50% fee of the service(s) missed will be charged.
Arriving late will deprive you of precious treatment time. To avoid delaying our next guests, your service will need to end on time regardless of when you arrived.
The cancellation policy allows us the time to inform our standby guests of any availability, as well as keeping our technicians' scheduled filled, thus better serving everyone. Thank you for your cooperation in this matter and consideration for your fellow guests.
Gift Cards & Return Policy
Gift cards are available for purchase for any denomination, and can be redeemed for products or services. No refunds or change will be given on gift cards. Gift cards cannot be used for gratuities unless they were added at time of purchase. Gift cards do not expire and there are no fees. If you are using a gift card for payment, please let our front desk staff know when you arrive for your appointment. Gratutities are not included unless it is printed on the card or certificate
